Refund and Return Policy
Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us at accessoriesstor11@gmail.com. We can process cancellations within 18 hours of placing your order, as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Since we ship orders within 24 hours, cancellations are only possible before the shipment leaves our warehouse. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible as our courier partners cannot intercept the shipment.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, including personal grooming items, mother and child care products, and domestic appliance spares, we generally do not accept returns for hygiene reasons.
Returns are accepted only if the item we shipped was incorrect or incomplete. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also retain your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please Note:
- Returns for products that do not match your existing model or are ordered incorrectly will not be accepted. Ensure compatibility before purchasing or contact us for assistance.

Return Process:
- If approved, you can either arrange for the return shipment at your expense or we can arrange a reverse pick-up if the error is on our part. For incorrectly ordered items, customers bear the cost of reverse pick-up and new shipment. If we made an error in shipping, we will cover these costs.
Refunds
For prepaid orders that cannot be fulfilled due to issues like pin code unserviceability or out-of-stock items, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days, and you will receive transaction details once the refund is completed.
Damages and Incorrect Deliveries
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and assist accordingly. Claims for damages or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges
All replacement accessories on our site are specific to product models. Exchanges are generally not necessary. However, if you accidentally order the wrong accessory, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange Process:
- Contact us via WhatsApp to initiate an exchange request.
- You will need to arrange for the return shipment at your own cost, or we can arrange a reverse pick-up for which you will be charged.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, and subject to availability, we will send the correct item. Any difference in cost or shipping fees will be adjusted accordingly.
